The search and testing of new formulas happens on a daily basis – we aim for innovation in the solid cosmetics sector, and to present new solutions to our customers.

Certifications

Certified since 2013 by ISO 22716, an international Good manufacturing practice (GMP) standard for the cosmetic industry, which covers all aspects of the supply chain linked to production, packaging, analysis, storage and transport. It allows us to ensure the quality and safety of our products for consumers at every stage of the production cycle.

We also operate under Quality (ISO 9001) and Environment (ISO 14001) standards.

As an industry that uses palm oil derivatives in its processes, we consider it essential to obtain RSPO (Roundtable Sustainable Palm Oil) certification, guaranteeing the sustainability of the entire supply chain, from an environmental, economic and social point of view. We recognize RSPO certification as the leading global sustainability standard for palm oil products, supporting all your efforts in developing mechanisms to distinguish sustainable products.

Since 2021 we are authorized to manufacture products for veterinary use.

The EcoVadis classification methodology aims to assess the quality of a company’s sustainability management system through 3 management pillars: Policies, Actions and Results.

The overall score is a weighted average of the four theme scores: Environment, Labor & Human Rights, Ethics, and Sustainable Procurement, according to size, and company operations.

Quality Control

Raw materials are verified upon arrival at our facilities, being analyzed at all stages of the production process, from the preparation through its transformation. All final batches of product are inspected and validated, in accordance with the quality control references for the product in question.

The organoleptic characteristics (appearance, odor, color), physicochemical parameters such as pH and moisture content, are some of the tests carried out to ensure the stability and quality of the references we produce.
